Strategic Partnership Manager [Indonesia]


 

  • The Manager of Strategic Partnerships Introduction finds and creates partnerships that match the company's goals. They need to be motivated, communicate well, and have experience in partnership development. The role requires working with multiple teams and external partners to find opportunities, make deals, and start new projects.

Responsibility:

  • Conduct sponsorship acquisitions and negotiate extensions of sponsorship agreements.
  • Formulate research parameters to identify industry and market trends for the development of sponsorship strategies.
  • Identify potential sponsors to support new sponsorships and manage key account management of existing sponsors. Develop and maintain solid long-term relationships with sponsors.
  • Manage the execution of sponsorship agreements and lead up to and during events.
  • Propose the department's budgets for management approval and recommend improvements for future events to achieve better outcomes for sponsors.
  • Lead the evaluation of the project to assess the success of meeting objectives and share key learnings to identify industry and market trends for the development of sponsorship strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling sponsorships and strategic partnerships with big brands is preferable.
  • Strong communication skills in English are preferable.
  • Team player and self-starter (independent).
  • Positive and outgoing personality.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and planning skills.
  • Ability to multitask, remain calm, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with diverse types of people.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and also take initiatives when the need arises.
  • Willingness to work from office (WFO).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp12,000,000 - Rp17,000,000 per month

Experience:

  • Strategic Partnership: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Sponsorship: 1 year (Preferred)
