Responsibilities:
- Sweep, scrub and mop warehouse floors using such equipment as a power sweeper and scrubber
- Pick up empty trash receptacles and pick up cardboard and plastic and bale items in order to reduce
- waste volume to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Clean up various types of spills and disposes of wastes while adhering to company procedures. Clean up
- toxic spills according to federal, state and local regulations in order to maintain a clean and safe work
- environment
- Operate Compactors/Balers
- Assist mechanics when needed to help or support equipment repairs and PM’s, new installation on project
- help support maintenance department as directed by Supervisor or Manager
- Cleaning of mezzanines, catwalks and roof tops of office areas
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- All other duties as assigned by Maintenance Manager/Supervisor
