Senior Account Manager

Your role:

This position reports to: Account Sales Manager 区域销售经理

Location : Xi An

Main Functions and Responsibilities:

• 在负责区域中利用专业的知识和对经销商客户应用的良好理解完成产品的销售任务包括 科研院所 传统制药分析化学等
• Deliver Channel sales numbers in assigned customer segments for Biotech & Analytical products with knowledge and understanding of customer applications, including Academy, pharma, chemical etc.
• 管理经销商客户和拓展新的业务辨识新的业务机会
• Identify new opportunities and implement sales plans and manage dealers.
• 在市场和技术销售团队的支持下开发新应用和新领域的业务
• Develop business in new application/segment with support from TM and solution team
• 建立和维护客户关系管理并优化经销渠道
• Establish & maintain customer relationship and distribution channel
• 与市场技术和法规团队配合完成市场推广项目
• Work together with TM, BD & solution team to implement sales projects

Who you are:

• 本科或以上学历药学化学生物化学生物学或者相关专业
• Bachelor or above degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology or related
• 在制药行业 / 生命科学行业中至少有 2-3 年的市场销售或者技术研发的工作经验;
• At least 2-3 years working experience in Pharma industries/Life science related to marketing, sales or technical function
• 具备团队合作精神
• Team-work spirit
• 能接受经常出差
• Frequent travel
• 具有持续学习的强大意愿和能力
• Strong will and ability to learn continuously
• 具有良好的人际交流能力和较高的英语交流能力
• Good interpersonal communication skills, good English communication ability
