Position: Human Resources Administration
Location: Barberá del Vallés
Job type: Full Time
The impact you will have
As Human Resources Administrative, you will be first point of contact for HR-Related inquiries from employees and external HR Providers. .
As Human Resources Administration you will be responsible for administering multiple areas of HR and rewards programs including:
- HR employment issues related to hiring, termination, contracts, retirement, etc.
- Personnel records maintenance pertaining to benefits, compensation, leaves of absence, retirement, etc.
- Maintenance and administration of HRIS
- Statistical reporting to internal management
- Compensation & benefits program administration
- May select and manage HR outsourcing vendors
- May be involved in planning, organizing, and developing training curricula, materials, and programs
- Managing delivery of internal and externally training
- Annual HR activities calendar
- Internal event management
- Support to HR Global (meetings assistance and local deployment of global HR Projects).
- Other HR Administration activities
The skills you will need
- Highly self-motivated and autonomous
- Ability to collaborate and work as one team
- Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment
- Organizational skills with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze data and deliver findings, as well as establish and track metrics.
- Good understanding of organizational goals and objectives.
Relevant Experience and Education:
- Bachelor`s Degree in Labour Relations or similar education
- More than 3 years of experience.
- Background in Administration
- Practical knowledge of local and provincial labor laws
- High level of interpersonal, communication and mentoring skills.
- Advanced computer skills with profiency in MS Office, especially Word, Power Point and Excel.
- Experience with HRIS
- High level of English (C1).
