We are looking for an intern to join our Brand Communications and E-Com team in the Stockholm HQ for a duration of 6 months. The key role of our Brand Communication & E-Com team is amongst other to increase Marimekko's local brand awareness through omnichannel marketing campaigns.

We work in close collaboration with the Global company functions/ HQ including visual brand design, PR, social media, retail experience, sales, and the ecommerce team.

As the Scandi Marketing/ e-com Intern you will support in our seasonal campaign planning process and asset production for different channels. In this position, you will learn about our marketing process, gain insight into the Fashion and Design industry, as well as the structures and practices of a global company. The local Scandi/EMEA Marketing Intern will report to Brand Communications Team.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

  • Support in preparing the Marketing campaign roll out plans for our Wholesale retailers
  • Support in managing smaller entities inside our Marketing and PR campaigns
  • Supporting in creating Marketing feedback-reports about activations (Influencer marketing, store events, paid Marketing..)-> Campaign feedback to Headquarter/ Global Marketing
  • Support in campaign & web-analysis -> Campaign feedback to Global Marketing/ e-com
  • Image & copy brief management/ Editoria
  • Content Management on e-com
  • Marketing assistant in certain case
  • Support in local Sample management handling process

We expect you to:

  • You are in the middle (minimum 2nd Year of studies) of your Marketing/ e-com studies (VFU-student)
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • You have strong organizational and time management skills
  • You are a well-organized team player and able to quickly adapt to changing situations and a fast-working pace
  • You have a hands-on way of working and a can-do attitude
  • You have a strong interest in fashion and design industry
  • You have ideally previous experience in Marketing, Brand management or e-Commerce is considered an advantage
