Project Planner [Austria]


 

EVP NCE > SBU NCE Construction & Operations > Construction Onshore, East
Construction is responsible for preparing, installing, commissioning and finally handover wind farms to our customers. Working closely together with the customer and other stakeholders is a key parameter to ensure this happens safely, cost efficient and with a high-quality standard.


Responsibilities

  • Supporting Sales & Bid Management in the sales phase of projects with setting up the initial project plans
  • Consistently updating the Programme in accordance with progress and changes introduced during the various project phases
  • Proactively assisting the project team in terms of identifying the critical path and identifying risks, issues and opportunities
  • Participating in project meetings and updating project schedules
  • Proactively carry out desk-top planning exercises based on known and future what-if scenarios
  • Supporting the project team with claim management and variation cases
  • Support the operational site management with short term planning tasks
  • Support project management and site management to carry out resource analysis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or HTL degree in civil, mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Product understanding and awareness
  • Contractual and commercial understanding
  • Experience with large construction projects
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Sufficient knowledge of Primavera

Additional information
Primary Location: Vienna, AT.
Travel - The position includes up to 100 days travel.
