CHIEF DIGITAL OFFICER
Your key responsibilities?
Develop and implement the company's digital strategy : As CDO, you are responsible for creating a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the overall business strategy of the organisation. This involves identifying new digital opportunities, assessing the competitive landscape, and defining clear goals and objectives.
Drive digital transformation : You lead the company's digital transformation efforts, which includes identifying areas for improvement, implementing new digital tools and technologies, and driving cultural change throughout the organisation.
Build partnerships : You develop and maintain partnerships with vendors, customers, and other stakeholders to drive digital innovation and ensure that the organisation is staying ahead of the curve.
Foster innovation : You encourage innovation within the organisation by promoting a culture of experimentation and risk-taking, and by empowering employees to explore new ideas and technologies.
Be aware of data security and privacy : You ensure that the organisation's digital assets and data are secure and protected from cyber threats.
Analyse and report on digital performance: You’re responsible for monitoring and analysing the company's digital performance, and for reporting on key metrics and trends to senior management.
Change advocate: As CDO, you drive cultural change throughout the organisation and create digital knowledge muscle within the organisation.

Are you the one we're looking for?
You are passionate about digital business models and new technologies
You obtained a master degree, have a good knowledge of an industrial environment and can rely on 7+ years of experience in a similar role leading digital transformations
You have proven leadership and (agile) project management skills
You are a strategic thinker with an innovative and disruptive mindset, constantly looking forward
Strong communicator, influencer, networker and people person are words that describe you perfectly
Being fluent in both English & French is a strong asset
