Hey there!

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Care Specialist with excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset. Your goal will be to accompany our users on their journey with YAZIO by helping them with any questions or problems they have along the way.

This job is 100% remote and can be based in Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.

Your Mission

• Create the best possible YAZIO experience for our German and international users by resolving their questions and problems about the app and its features
• Be the link between YAZIO and our users and provide individual and solution-oriented support in writing across all points of customer contact, e.g. support tickets or app store reviews
• Help continuously improve the YAZIO app by learning about our users’ needs and communicating them to stakeholders in the company
• Create and manage content for our Help Center
• Inform other departments about possible app bugs and technical problems

Your Profile

• Excellent written communication skills in English and German

• Knowledge of another language (preferably French, Portuguese or Spanish) is a big plus

• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

• You’re tech-savvy and know your way around a smartphone

• Experience in a service-oriented position is a plus

• Interest in fitness and nutrition is a plus

• Available preferably 32 hours (per week)
