The Product Manager (m/f/d) Pulping Systems in the Paper, Fiber and Recycling Division, part of ANDRITZ PULP & PAPER, will be responsible for a range of products, mainly in wastepaper recycling. Coordinating engineering, design, manufacturing and purchasing, actively support the sales teams and responsible for driving product as well as business development. Focused in adding value to the customers via better performance of our solutions.
Your Tasks
- Support the business area in the product & business development
- Technical support for sales teams, start-up group, participation in optimization & audits, including travel to customer meetings and installations
- Maintain a customer centric product strategy for Pulping Systems
- Provide technical expertise to project managers
- Develop and maintain USPs (unique selling points) and value propositions for the Pulping Systems product portfolio
- Monitor relevant market trends and bring in and mature new ideas to develop the product portfolio
- Manage the Pulping Systems innovation projects
Your Profile
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in an Engineering Field (e.g. mechanical, chemical or process engineering)
- Several years of experience in machinery or processing industry, experience of our industry or other similar industry will be beneficial
- Fluent English and good German skills
- Communication skills
- Innovative mindset
- Taking responsibility and being proactive to reach targets
- Availability for travel and openness to other cultures will be needed, as this is a global function

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 3.790,58 for this position.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
