RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answering incoming calls from customers
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Willing to start immediately
  • Have good English communication skills
  • Must have a BPO experience
  • Have excellent customer service, problem-solving, multitasking, and computer skills

Hiring Process: Virtual (Zoom, Phone Interview, or Skype) or Onsite Assessment and Interview

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
