1. Salesforce Functional Consultant
2. Salesforce Senior Developer
Background requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Information Systems, Computer Science, Electronics and Communications, Business/Management or related disciplines.
- Minimum 6 - 8 years experince as Salesforce Functional Consultant or Salesforce Senior Developer
- The position will be Senior up to Senior Manager level (depends on assesment).
Salesforce Business Analyst
The main role:
Salesforce Business Analyst will be the go-to person when it comes to communication between IT and business stakeholders to ensure all involved work together to attain the best results.
The key responsibilities:
- Communication: BA creates an environment for open conversations and clearly communicates information back out to the appropriate teams.
- Elicitation: The BA need to ask lots of questions, with the purpose of understanding project goals and getting clarification on what stakeholders want to accomplish. They interview stakeholders, research information or processes related to the project, and observe teams as they work. This sets a foundation for the project.
- Documenting requirements: Documenting clear and concise requirements, so the information can be easily understood by stakeholders and anyone else involved. BA must be thoughtful about how they choose to document requirements so they can easily share between teams.
- Analysing information: Next, the BA need to review requirements and gets a sense of how to accomplish team’s business goals. BA need to dive into more detail and use data insights to identify what the business needs to do to achieve the desired outcome.
- Facilitating solutions: Based on the analysis, the BA need to identify options for solving business challenges. Then BA need to choose the best option and move forward with the best solution.
- Implementing solutions: Once the BA comes up with a great business solution, BA needs to make sure the business solution runs smoothly and as expected. Are stakeholders seeing benefits? Is anything else needed to support the implementation? Essentially, the BA is a project manager at this point. It’s their job to make sure they reach the end goal, that it’s working well, and those stakeholders are happy. The BA keeps the end solution in mind and adjusts if anything goes off course.
- Testing: Remember to test after the implementation! At this time the BA builds training material to support the implemented solution and records feedback to start eliciting requirements for the next iteration of the project if needed.

Salesforce Senior Developer
The key responsibilities:
- Meetings with the client to understand their requirements and figure out an approach to solve the problem or issues using Salesforce.
- Creating team meetings to get updates on the work or the status of the ongoing project in the organization.
- Meetings with the core team members to analyse pending tasks and complete the ones which are a higher priority.
- Salesforce developers lead the testing and implementation of package development efforts, as well as coding, configuration, regular maintenance, installation, "testing - test cases, scripts", and debugging, additionally managing timelines and technical documentation.
- Salesforce developers maintain user roles, ensuring there are no security breaches that could place risk on the client data.
- Salesforce builders carry out opinions of the statistics, growing complicated CRM answers to make sure that good practices are observed, and better statistical answers are provided.
Required Technical Skills of Salesforce Developer:
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce IDE (Integrated Development Environment)
- Hands-on experience with different types of tools of Salesforce IDE
- Proficiency in various database scripting languages like JavaScript, MySQL, Apex, Native, VisualForce
- Intermediate knowledge of JavaScript and C# language
- Well-versed with the Lightning framework
