Job Overview:
We are open to recruiting a Recruiter who can identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions for Herogram. They will be responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring job candidates and their main objective is to ensure that our organization is staffed with the most qualified and capable individuals.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Identifying and sourcing job candidates
- Screening cv’s and conducting preliminary interviews
- Coordinating the hiring process
- Building relationships with hiring managers
- Keeping accurate records
- Managing job postings
- Networking
- Employer branding

Essentials Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or Higher Diploma
- Min. 2 years experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED6,000.00 per month
