Role: Educator
Location: Bangalore, India
We build large-scale platforms for health that reach 3M patients every year, deployed across 17 countries for work in critical health diseases like TB, HIV, etc. We are expanding to design and deploy more user-centric solutions that are easily accessible and help an individual to take the onus of their health and treatment journey with a dedicated citizen-facing app. We hope to engage with healthcare professionals across service delivery touchpoints to bridge any gap through human-centered technology solutions.
The role
The educator will be responsible for conducting counselling sessions both Home visits and virtual. These sessions will be conducted under guidance of trained Health care professionals for the parents of child asthmatic patients or any other respiratory illness. The educator will work closely with the Product, business and other cross functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of services we offer.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Home and Virtual counselling session
- Manage day to day visit calendar
- Maintain record of all sessions
- Ensure best-in-class service
- Be a single point of contact for the customer
- Take refresher course from time to time to keep updated with the new trends in Asthma
Care
- Help create or improve the curriculum and counselling material from time to time
Qualifications
● GNM/BSc Nursing/B-Pharma/BPT/Masters in Social Work /Bachelors in Science
● 2+ years of experience in Healthcare
● Prior experience in respiratory health is a plus
● Excellent communication skills
● Strong attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines
● Proficient in English, Kannada & Hindi
Compensation
Commensurate with experience and extremely competitive to the market.
