Qualifications
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any discipline
- Proven 5 years’ experience as Area manager, Store manager, or similar managerial role
- Leadership qualities and people managing skills
- Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles
- Sound understanding of optimization of store operations and standards for success
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation

Job Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to organize and oversee the operations of a number of outlets. You will assume responsibility for the overall success of the outlet by setting targets, supervising store managers, and ensuring they are attained. To oversee a minimum of 5-6 Outlet and responsible for the area performance to meet area KPIs and operational standard. Providing support and guidance to all Managers on operations strategies to improve performance within your Area.
1. Engaging with each store manager to drive all KPI’s
2. Controlling labour and cost of goods across the region
3. Train, mentoring and coaching store managers & assist with their career growth.
4. Conducting 1 on 1 meeting with each store manager on a weekly basis.
5. Manage daily activities, including staffing, scheduling and customer interactions
6. Leading the J.CO customer experience throughout all stores.
7. Ensure planned Marketing campaigns has been duly communicate to all outlet for proper roll out.
8. Oversea and analyze quality products, productivity, training performance and supervising staff efficiently.
9. Monitor sales targets of outlets to ensure overall company sales target is met.
10. To contribute and direct Store manager on strategies to meet minimum staffing requirements for the area needs and store growth
11. Ensure hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained to the Company's standard
12. Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
13. Handle customer complaints and queries
14. To monitor compliance of operation SOP and safety guidelines during store opening, closing and rush activities
15. Prepare reports and other performance analysis documentation
16. To ensure store readiness to cater for the expected high-volume day
17. To do structured store visitation as per General Manager’s requirements and Operations Manager needs
