The Hacking Law Practice, LLC is looking to grow. We’re in search of a Client communications Coordinator Superstar. Applicants will receive real-world experience, exceptional training and valuable exposure to the inner workings of a busy immigration law firm. As a Client Communications Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our company! The goal is to provide our current and future clients with an excellent experience, by obtaining the needed information, and transferring the call to the appropriate department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consultations with existing clients and transferring calls to the appropriate department.
- Consulting with potential clients and transferring calls to our Intake Department.
- Must exercise utmost diplomacy and tact to provide excellent customer service for clients.
- In charge of maintaining accurate phone list.
- Ensures telephonic service runs smoothly. If issues arise, liaise with tech support to resolve them.
- Tracking calls in our Pipedrive CRM software.
- Develops and maintains a database of qualified leads using proven sales strategies/techniques.
- Maintains accurate documentation for sales and prospecting activities; provides status reports as needed.
- Completes all required client/project paperwork.
- Identifies and resolves customer satisfaction issues.
- Performs other duties as needed, such as helping team members with leads, etc.
